The short version: Onda has no accounts and no login, and your favorites and settings stay on your device. We don't run our own servers that collect your personal data. Onda is free and ad-supported: it shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects some data to deliver and measure those ads — see “Advertising” below.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Onda mobile application (“Onda”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) and this website handle information. It applies to the Onda app for iOS and to onda.keremka.com.
1. Who we are
Onda is developed and operated by Kerem Karabacak (the “data controller”). For any privacy question or request, contact us at onda-support@keremka.com.
2. Information we collect
Onda does not require you to give us personal data directly. Specifically:
No account, no sign-up. Onda does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number or similar identifiers.
On-device data only. Your favorite stations, recently played items, language and app settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it.
Purchases. Optional premium features are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit / App Store). Apple processes the payment — we never receive or store your payment card details. Apple may share limited, aggregated transaction information with us so that premium can be unlocked and restored.
No first-party analytics. We do not run our own analytics SDK and do not build a usage profile of you ourselves. However, our advertising partner does collect limited data to serve ads — see section 3.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Onda is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. To select, deliver, cap and measure those ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process data such as:
device and advertising identifiers, including the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) where you permit it;
your approximate location derived from your IP address;
ad interaction and app-usage signals (for example, ads shown, taps and basic device/technical information).
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework asks for your permission before any cross-app tracking takes place. If you decline, AdMob serves you non-personalized or limited ads instead. You can review or reset your advertising identifier and tracking preference at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
To play live radio, the app also connects to other services on the internet. When it does, those services necessarily receive technical connection data (such as your device's IP address and user-agent), the same way any streaming request does:
Community Radio Browser (radio-browser.info) — used to load the station directory, search and metadata.
Radio station stream servers — the actual audio is delivered directly from each station's own streaming server, which is operated by a third party.
Apple — the App Store and StoreKit handle downloads, updates and purchases under Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not control how these third parties process data. Please review their own privacy policies for details.
5. Device diagnostics
If you have enabled it in your iOS settings, Apple may share standard crash and performance diagnostics with developers. This is controlled by Apple and by your device settings, and any such data is aggregated and not used by us to identify you.
6. Website
This website does not show ads and does not use cookies or advertising trackers. It stores a single preference — your chosen language — in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability.
7. Data retention
Because your in-app data lives on your device, you stay in control of it. You can clear your favorites at any time inside the app, and removing (uninstalling) the app deletes its locally stored data. Data processed by advertising and platform partners is retained according to their own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and Turkey's KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to personalized advertising. You can control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device settings. For any other request or question, email onda-support@keremka.com and we will respond.
9. Children
Onda is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

1. Kimiz
Onda, Kerem Karabacak tarafından geliştirilir ve işletilir (“veri sorumlusu”). Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü soru veya talep için onda-support@keremka.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsin.
2. Topladığımız bilgiler
Onda, bize doğrudan kişisel veri vermeni gerektirmez. Özetle:
Hesap yok, kayıt yok. Onda hesap oluşturmanı istemez; adını, e-postanı, telefon numaranı veya benzeri kimlik bilgilerini toplamaz.
Yalnızca cihazda. Favori istasyonların, son çalınanlar, dil ve uygulama ayarların cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize iletilmez ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Satın almalar. İsteğe bağlı premium özellikler Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma altyapısı (StoreKit / App Store) üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple işler — kart bilgilerini biz asla almayız veya saklamayız. Apple, premium'un açılıp geri yüklenebilmesi için bizimle sınırlı ve toplu işlem bilgisi paylaşabilir.
Kendi analitiğimiz yok. Kendi analitik SDK'mızı çalıştırmıyoruz ve senin kullanım profilini kendimiz çıkarmıyoruz. Ancak reklam ortağımız, reklam sunmak için sınırlı veri toplar — 3. bölüme bak.
3. Reklamcılık (Google AdMob)
Onda ücretsizdir ve reklamla desteklenir. Uygulamada reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanıyoruz. Bu reklamları seçmek, sunmak, sıklığını sınırlamak ve ölçmek için Google ve reklam ortakları şu gibi verileri toplayıp işleyebilir:
cihaz ve reklam tanımlayıcıları (izin verdiğin durumda iOS Reklam Tanımlayıcısı / IDFA dahil);
IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konumun;
reklam etkileşimi ve uygulama kullanımına dair sinyaller (örneğin gösterilen reklamlar, dokunuşlar ve temel cihaz/teknik bilgiler).
iOS'ta, Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency (Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı) çerçevesi, herhangi bir uygulamalar arası izleme gerçekleşmeden önce senden izin ister. Reddedersen AdMob sana kişiselleştirilmemiş veya sınırlı reklamlar gösterir. Reklam tanımlayıcını ve izleme tercihini istediğin zaman cihaz ayarlarından inceleyebilir veya sıfırlayabilirsin (Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme / Apple Reklamcılığı).
Canlı radyo çalabilmek için uygulama internetteki başka hizmetlere de bağlanır. Bağlandığında bu hizmetler, tıpkı herhangi bir yayın isteğinde olduğu gibi, teknik bağlantı verilerini (cihazının IP adresi ve istemci bilgisi gibi) almak zorundadır:
Community Radio Browser (radio-browser.info) — istasyon dizinini, aramayı ve üst verileri yüklemek için kullanılır.
Radyo istasyonu yayın sunucuları — ses yayını doğrudan her istasyonun kendi yayın sunucusundan gelir; bu sunucular üçüncü taraflarca işletilir.
Apple — indirmeler, güncellemeler ve satın almalar App Store ve StoreKit üzerinden Apple Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında yürütülür.
Bu üçüncü tarafların verileri nasıl işlediğini biz kontrol etmiyoruz. Ayrıntılar için kendi gizlilik politikalarını incelemeni öneririz.
5. Cihaz tanılama verileri
iOS ayarlarında etkinleştirdiysen, Apple standart çökme ve performans tanılama verilerini geliştiricilerle paylaşabilir. Bu, Apple ve cihaz ayarların tarafından kontrol edilir; bu tür veriler topludur ve seni tanımlamak için tarafımızca kullanılmaz.
6. Web sitesi
Bu web sitesi reklam göstermez, çerez veya reklam takipçisi kullanmaz. Yalnızca tek bir tercihi — seçtiğin dili — tarayıcının yerel deposunda saklar; bu bilgi tarayıcından hiç çıkmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcımız güvenlik ve süreklilik için standart sunucu günlükleri (IP adresleri dahil) tutabilir.
7. Verilerin saklanması
Uygulama içi verilerin cihazında durduğu için kontrol sendedir. Favorilerini uygulama içinden istediğin zaman temizleyebilir, uygulamayı kaldırdığında (sildiğinde) yerel olarak saklanan verileri silmiş olursun. Reklam ve platform ortaklarınca işlenen veriler ise kendi politikalarına göre saklanır.
8. Haklarınız
Yaşadığın yere bağlı olarak (AB GDPR ve Türkiye KVKK dahil), kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme veya işlenmesini kısıtlama ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklama itiraz etme haklarına sahip olabilirsin. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini App Tracking Transparency izni ve cihaz ayarların üzerinden kontrol edebilirsin. Diğer her türlü talep veya soru için onda-support@keremka.com adresine yazman yeterli.
9. Çocuklar
Onda, 13 yaşın (veya ülkendeki asgari yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini yenileriz. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce burada belirtilir.
